Having worked in the IT sector for over a decade, I have enjoyed being part of multiple digital transformation programmes in both retail and pharmacy. I focus on driving forward digital retail change through enabling the creation of brilliant and memorable customer experiences that add value to the business and to people's daily lives.

I have lived and worked in other countries and use my experience studying Italian, Spanish and French to better understand the needs of those around me. I adapt quickly to different cultures and organisations and use my extensive communication skills to translate business needs and technology strategy into tangible goals that create cohesion and drive action.
